Accredited to undertake public access work, Samuel's clients range from commercial landlords and tenants, local housing authorities and other social landlords to owner-occupiers, leaseholders, social housing and private sector tenants. He offers legal advice, including at short notice, drafting of legal documents, advocacy and litigation, including strategy.
