Insolvency and Bankruptcy
Sarah’s insolvency practice encompasses a wide range of litigation including petitions for bankruptcy and winding up petitions in both the County Court and the High Court. She also deals with statutory demands and applications to set such demands aside. Sarah accepts instructions to deal with cases in this field from both personal and commercial clients.
Commercial Dispute Resolution
Sarah has vast levels of experience in this area and is happy to act in any contractual disputes arising at small claims and fast track level from simple debt collection through to misrepresentation. This can range from the sale of goods such as vehicles, all the way to high-end disputes between companies.
Property
Sarah’s busy civil practice includes housing, landlord and tenant, mortgage related hearings and disputes relating to land. She accepts instructions to advise and represent clients in relation to cases involving rent-arrears, disrepair, nuisance, eviction, possession, repossession and breach of contract, and is routinely instructed on such proceedings in the County Court and High Court. Sarah also advises and represents clients in relation to a variety of building and construction disputes.
Costs
Sarah has a great deal of experience representing Claimants and Defendants at costs and case management hearings. Sarah is often attending detailed costs assessments nationally and appears at the Senior Courts Costs Office (SCCO).

Sarah has dealt with many different types of application hearings over the course of her practice, and has been instructed on countless applications ranging from summary judgments, injunctions, through to appeal hearings across different areas of civil law.
