Family (Children)

I accept instructions from Applicants and Respondents to deal with disputes involving applications for contact and residence, prohibited steps orders and specific issue orders. I have experience of cases involving allegations of domestic violence and substance abuse and I am frequently instructed to advise and represent clients in relation to fact-finding hearings.

Divorce and Financial Settlement

I am routinely instructed to advise and represent clients in relation to divorce and financial settlement proceedings, from initial advice on merits, drafting Form E, Questionnaire, Responses, attendance at FDAs, FDRs, Final Hearings, Appeals and enforcement applications. Court of Protection

Stephanie deals with cases in the Court of Protection (COP). She accepts instructions from all parties to such proceedings including family members, local authorities, deputies, Protected Parties and the Official Solicitor.
