I accept instructions from Applicants and Respondents to deal with disputes involving applications for contact and residence, prohibited steps orders and specific issue orders. Court of Protection
Stephanie deals with cases in the Court of Protection (COP). She accepts instructions from all parties to such proceedings including family members, local authorities, deputies, Protected Parties and the Official Solicitor.
