Profile description
I frequently appear in the courts in trials, applications and interim hearings in the first instance and appellate jurisdictions while also advising in conferences, on paper and drafting documents. I appear in the County Court, Family Court, High Court (particularly the Chancery Division) and Court of Appeal.
I regularly deal with pension sharing, maintenance, property, cryptocurrency, business assets, overseas assets, trusts (UK and abroad), non-marital assets, child support, conduct (behaviour), disclosure issues, enforcement, the interests of other people, etc. I deal with a range of values, including high net worth.

Reported cases
- Jones v Murrell & Anor [2016] EWHC 3036 (QB) (29 November 2016): The boundary award made by the independent expert was final and binding upon the parties.
- Wodehouse v Wodehouse [2018] EWCA Civ 3009 (29 November 2018): Whether the DDJ had jurisdiction to make the lump sum order and if he erred in making a pension sharing order.
