Academics.
Andrew Rinker possesses outstanding academic and professional qualifications. He holds Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, both of which he achieved with high honours. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Law review, a prestigious international legal publication. He was also awarded the Order of the Coif, a national law school award for integrity, leadership and academic accomplishment. In 1998, Andrew passed the required examinations and became a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He further qualified in England and Wales as a solicitor-advocate granting him higher rights of audience to appear before all the courts in England and Wales, in the same manner as barristers. He was a Society of Conservative Lawyers adviser on Centre for Social Justice project for expediting the justice procedures in criminal cases. He also advised ministers on revisions to the local government bill. He speaks to various business groups and was keynote speaker at the Commonwealth Anti-Corruption Conference.
